Personality: Blake, though she didn’t like the city, picked up parts of her personality from there. She loves a good party, and can sometimes be a troublemaker. She’s always loved animals, though hasn’t had a chance to have anything more than her cat Blaze. Blake is open and kind to most people, easily trying to make them feel comfortable around her with jokes and light-hearted conversation. She loves to be busy all the time, and is determined to show her parents that she can be a hard-worker in her new life. She can be stubborn when she really believes in something, but is able to admit when she’s wrong, albeit reluctantly. Most of the time she’s quick to learn and loves a good challenge. If someone threatens her, or anything to do with her, she can get very short-tempered and sour.

History: Blake’s name came from the fact that her parents wanted a boy, seeing as they already had a daughter. When Blake turned out to be a girl, her dad and her mom decided on the boy-ish name. Later on, it turned out to suit her.

Blake lived with her parents in New York for most of her life. The city life was all well and good for Selena, for small-time record label owner Tim and for her socialite mother, but Blake didn’t ever grow to love the hustle and bustle of New York. So, when she turned eighteen, having lived a semi-normal life, Blake headed for the countryside. She had no interest in going to college, and her parents were well off enough to give her everything she needed.

Blake fell in love with Oaks Down instantly, and though she gets home sick for the sound of the city sometimes, she feels like this is where she was always meant to be.
